Position Summary:
Dynamic and aggressive direct marketing company seeking strong Account Manager to work with Associate Director of Publisher Relations to manage major publisher clients, and take full responsibility for management of additional publisher accounts.

Education and Skills:
• College degree required.
• Highly organized project follow through and coordination.
• Exceptional problem-solving, and critical thinking
• Analytically minded; Strong comfort with numbers and marketing analysis.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication.
• Solid judgement.
• High level of initiative—should desire fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented without losing sight of overarching objectives.
• Sales and/or magazine circulation experience a plus.
• Should enjoy working independently on special projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Work closely with Associate Director of Publisher Relations on top publisher accounts.
• Sales; direct contact with publisher clients to communicate information regarding new and existing programs.
• Handle all facets of account management to include: Selling new programs, authorizations, tracking production estimates, fulfillment and customer service related issues. Take full responsibility for publisher client relationships.
• Work directly with PR Analyst team to assess individual magazine performance.
• Project Management —initiate, develop, coordinate and manage special assignments.
