Position Summary	Caremark Specialty Pharmacy, a mail service pharmacy in the Monroeville area, has opportunities for Medical Insurance Verification Representatives in our New Patient Enrollment department. The primary responsibilities of Medical Insurance Verification Representatives are to verifiy insurance coverage for potential new patients and re-verify insurance coverage for existing patients in order to process patient prescription needs successfully and demonstrate excellent customer service to patients, healthcare professionals and insurance carriers. Education	High school diploma or equivalent
Experience	1. One year experience performing insurance verification. OR 2. One year experience working with medical insurance programs or medical billing procedures 3. One-year computer experience in a Windows based system.
Qualifications	1. Excellent customer service skills 2· Attention to detail. 3. Knowledge of government and patient assistance programs. 4. Understanding of commercial insurance concepts including drug cards and major medical benefits. 5. Analytical and problem solving skills.
