Chevron Products Company is accepting online applications for the position of Product Delivery Truck Driver located in Las Vegas, Nevada through November 8, 2009

Overview:
The position of Product Delivery Truck Driver operates motor vehicles engaged in the delivery of bulk fuel products to Chevron stations and commercial customersKey Job Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

• Operation of different types of product delivery equipment, i.e. semi truck and truck and trailer, related to transportation, loading and unloading of petroleum products. Carries out scheduled customer deliveries in a safe and efficient manner

• Performs various quality assurance procedures to ensure all products loaded, meets Chevron product specification before delivery to Chevron customers

• Performs all required company and regulatory agency vehicle inspections prior to and following each assigned shift. Prepares and distributes required vehicle inspection forms in accordance with D.O.T. requirements


Required (Basic) Qualifications:

• Candidates must hold a valid commercial drivers license with Hazardous Materials and tanker endorsements, and must have at least two years of experience in the operation of an eighteen wheel or equivalent commercial vehicle
• Candidates must have a driving record free of accidents and moving violations for the past three years
• Must have current DOT Medical certification
• Must submit current Nevada Department of Motor Vehicle record printout for the last (5) years
• Must be able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
• Must have excellent attendance record
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
• Must be a strong team player
• Must have strong safety focus
• High School diploma or equivalent

• Relocation will not be considered


International Considerations:

• Expatriate assignments will not be considered
