The Time Warner Cable Corporate office currently seeks Vice President, National Account Sales in our Business Services Department. Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position.JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for providing TWC Business Class National Accounts Sales with expert resources aimed at improving advanced sales skills that optimize customer acquisition and retention in existing and expanding sales channels. In addition, the position will focus as primary interface with TWC regions on the planning, executing and evaluating local division sales plans. The VP, National Accounts must be able to build and relationships between National Accounts Sales and the TWC regions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists SVP and regional staff in attaining revenue growth goals through improved sales performance.
Responsible for competitive analysis, and ensuring our sales strategies and tactics are responsive and effective in the rapidly changing competitive environment.
Primary liaison in assisting TWC Regions with planning, executing and evaluating regional sales plans. This includes liaison responsibility with retailer and other external vendor relations associated with any new sales channel launch.
Supports TWC regions in their efforts to achieve sales objectives through improved sales expertise and support.
Other duties as assigned.
Ensure timely and effective execution of the Sales tactics and programs.
Create and maintain annual National Accounts Sales budget.
Lead and manage the following responsibilities and/or departments: Ensure a consistent, fair and situational management style exist throughout the department.
Generate consistent daily, weekly, monthly summary reports and comprehensive quarterly and annual sales report.
Participate in creating strategic partnerships, alliances and bundles that ensures Time Warner Cable is highly visible and properly positioned and referenced.

Required Experience:
Minimum of 15 years experience in progressively more responsible B2B sales positions with a history of exceeding targeted sales revenue objectives.
Experience in attracting, managing and motivating a B2B sales force.
A measurable, highly successful level of experience selling products, services and solutions through various sales channel.
Experience in rapidly growing sales organizations is mandatory.
Experience in developing a sales operational plan with a multi-year outlook.
Experience in developing sales compensation plans, forecasting and modeling tools, using CRM systems, managing the sales channel team.
Experience in recruiting large as well as mid-size partners and drive revenue.

Managerial / Interpersonal Skills
Successful track record of evaluating, hiring, and retaining high-performance channel sales teams in competitive solution selling environments.
Capable of motivating and supporting sales teams in complex negotiations at the highest level in customer and prospect organizations.
Planning and Organizing skills with the ability to efficiently establish an appropriate course of action for self and/or others to accomplish a specific goal, to make proper assignments of personnel and to appropriately make use of resources.
Skill in establishing procedures to monitor processes, tasks or the activities of subordinates. Ability to evaluate the results of delegated assignments or projects.
Readiness to make decisions, and take action or commit oneself.
Skill in identifying problems with the ability to develop alternative solutions.
Ability to extract important information in oral communication.
Ability to communicate effectively in writing and organize and present material in a convincing manner.
Giving and receiving feedback — willingness to seek help and feedback for performance improvement and to provide positive and constructive feedback to assist others.
Ability to calmly confront conflict, understand another's point of view and work along with the other person to resolve a problem.
