Sr Assoc Corporate Intelligence

Our Advisory Services practice provides comprehensive financial, economic and strategic advice to companies with complex business problems. Within Advisory, the Forensic Services group provides a broad range of consulting and forensic accounting services to attorneys and other parties involved in litigation, arbitration or mediation and other alternative dispute resolution forums. Specialty practice areas include breach of contract claims, business interruption, investigation services, corporate intelligence and forensic due diligence services, intellectual property disputes, construction disputes, securities fraud, economic and financial analysis, and insurance claims services. Responsibilities of our Forensic professionals may include, but are not limited, to the following: * Developing lost profit analyses and implementing financial models, as well as conducting comparative and pro forma analyses * Reconstructing financial statements and/or records using forensic accounting techniques * Analyzing and critiquing opposing party claims, as well as developing and delivering a complete range of corporate intelligence products and services, including for example, FCPA due diligence reports, reputational and integrity diligence of prospective business partners and third parties, particularly in overseas and emerging markets * Interacting closely with counsel and company representatives to gather and analyze information, * Developing proposals for potential new engagements, * Drafting preliminary reports of findings, * Reviewing documents and depositions to identify information related to key damage issues, * Interpreting and explaining the underlying financial aspects of an engagement to enable counsel to adequately understand the relevant business issues, and * Preparing partners to testify as an expert witness at trial or other dispute resolution forum. * On a daily basis, you will work closely with Partners and other senior members of the team and will be constantly challenged to demonstrate creative thinking and individual initiative..

Job Requirements
Provide and deliver a full range of corporate intelligence services across all business sectors (both public and private sector) and lines of services. Specifically, assist in the production of corporate intelligence reputational and integrity due diligence reports through the collection and report drafting phrase, quality assurance review and delivery to client. Develop, manage, and execute complex corporate intelligence database search assignments in multiple languages using the full range of corporate intelligence databases, including syndicated and open sources systems. Perform of due diligence reviews, including assessing database searches to review for quality and completeness. . Liaise PWC JBR business partners to use the full range of data collection and human source networks in the collection of corporate business intelligence. Manage the growth of PwC Corporate Intelligence Practice by developing staff skills, thought leadership and business development products for both internal and external use. 3 plus years of proven experience in the Corporate Intelligence field. Knowledge of the Corporate Intelligence market, including latest Corporate Business Intelligence database applications as well as key regulatory drivers, including a strong background in the FCPA. Flawless attention to detail and able to communicate in oral and written form with a high degree of precision with little need for redrafting. Provide track record of having delivered multiple Corporate Intelligence products across geographies, client groups and sectors.
